QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (preferably with strategic marketing as a major)
3-5 years’ experience developing proposals and presentations
Excellent command of English grammar, spelling and composition
Superior oral communication and interpersonal skills
Must be highly proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong Project Management Skills
5 to 7 years leadership experience (with an established leadership track record) preferably in the Financial Services Industry
5 to 7 years relevant strategic marketing and communications experience
2 to 3 years experience in an Employee Benefits environment will be an advantage
